Shadow Play
As both a person and photographer I’m a believer in doing the right things and placing myself and those I work with in positions to be successful. Sometimes it’s luck but after all, “Luck is the Residue of Design”. Dakota is someone I’ve wanted to collaborate with for some time and we finally made it into the studio. I had a few ideas and concepts that I wanted to work on and we did, however, when we first arrived on an unusually warm February day I walked into bright sun and beautiful shadows flowing gracefully into the room. The contrast was extreme but beautiful. It was the warm bright sun and strong shadows that brought a smile to my face and the ideas and vision came quickly. These are a few of the images we made and I love them. I find them simple but powerful.
