Wilt

Wilt is a Rainbow Chard leaf who didn’t make it into a salad or our vegetarian lasagna and has aged gracefully in the refrigerator. He’s no longer worthy of human consumption but he is still beautiful and performing a great service to others. He has made his way to the composite pile where he will nourish and feed future generations of chard and other varieties of vegetables.
